In fitness we adjust the practical workout with the greatest trends in training and we enjoy socializing!

There will be a large variation in the lessons, and you will be tested and challenged in many different disciplines within the fitness world.

We will focus on both strength training (including TRX Rip-trainer), spinning, dance oriented moves – such as power dance and funk, and stress reduction and many other super cool training!
