Endurance

We run, we bike, we swim, we beets, we go cross-country skiing and do everything else that challenges the circuit.

Endurance training is fundamental to almost all physical activities, and also an important part of the police entrance exam.

In this course, we mix a lot of different disciplines for several reasons. It is stimulating for the circulation, muscles and fitness to be challenged in various ways, and prevent and alleviate damage if you vary your workout.

It’s fun and really hard!
