Strength

We will use the school’s fitness center and we have plenty of experience in putting together workouts.

You will experience tough, versatile and challenging training that you have never tried it before!

In addition, the training can be done with free weights, kettlebells, sandbags, skipping ropes, medicine balls and other interesting items, such as tractor tires and logs. It is only the imagination  that sets  the limits of the training.

You will experience muscle building, fat burning while you have fun.

Teachers stay current in the latest trends and training and include certified TRX Rip Trainers and Training For Warriors etc.
